INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2.5 Scoops Vanilla Earthfusion™ Protein
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Filling
- 2 small packages of Raspberries
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Topping
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together your peanut butter, maple syrup and Vanilla Earthfusion™ Protein in a larger bowl until you have a thick, cookie dough consistency.

On a parchment paper covered baking tray, spread your thick mixture into a thin layer covering the sheet and place in the freezer while you create your filling.

In a small bowl, add your raspberries and maple syrup and mash into a jam.

Spread your jam mixture on top of your thick peanut butter sheet and place back in the freezer for an hour, until firm.

While your first two layers are setting in the freezer, mix together the second half of your peanut butter with your coconut oil in a small bowl.

Finally, spread your final mixture to top everything off.

Place your masterpieces back on your tray and freeze everything one more time, until set.
