Earthfusion Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

A classic dessert with big benefits.

INGREDIENTS

Base

  • 1 Bag of Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Filling

Optional

  • 1 Tbsp of flaky salt for topping


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start some music, a podcast or a little movie and enjoy your time.

  2. Melt your chocolate chips, with coconut oil on the stove or in the microwave, but either way making sure to stir every 20 seconds until smooth.

  3. Line a muffin pan with your favorite liners and add 1 Tbsp of melted chocolate to each.

  4. Gently swirl the pan around, until the bottom of each tin liner is coated in chocolate.

  5. Place this in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, until set.

  6. While you wait, stir together your peanut butter, Earthfusion™ Vanilla Protein, Glow & Restore Collagen, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a larger bowl. Until a thicker, protein ball like consistency.

  7. After removing your muffin pan from the freezer, add 1 tbsp of your new mixture to each tin liner.

  8. Gently press the mixture into an even layer and top each with the remaining chocolate.

  9. Finish off with a sprinkle of salt and place your masterpiece back into the freezer until set. Enjoy!


NOTES

Your new snack can be stored in the fridge for a week, or longer in the freezer.
