This Mint Chip Smoothie was a limited edition menu item that still lives on in our dreams, and now you can enjoy it any time at home.

 

We decided to go back into the archives to find the recipe to share with you — it’s too good to keep to ourselves. Whether you're looking for a healthier way to get in the St. Patty's spirit, or you just want a tasty green treat, our Mint Chip smoothie recipe has got you covered. 

Follow the steps below to create this classic flavor for yourself, and we hope to see you soon on your next Earthbar visit.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 banana

- 1/4 frozen avocado

- 1/4 cup leafy greens

- 3-4 mint leaves

- 1 scoop of our Earthfusion Plant-Based Protein

- 3/4 cup almond milk

- 1/4 cup cacao nibs


Instructions:

Blend all of your ingredients on low until well combined. Pour into a glass & enjoy. Add a mint leaf on top if you’re really feeling fresh.
