Mark Fitzgerald has been the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the NHL Anaheim Ducks since 2015. He is also the owner of all 3 Elite Training Systems Performance Centers, which are located in Ontario, Canada. Driven by his passion for people, Fitzgerald opened the doors to his training facilities while serving as head strength coach to the AHL Toronto Marlies. He firmly believes that athleticism is directly correlated to movement proficiency and is key to becoming bigger, faster and stronger, thus the programs are heavily based on improving movement skills. Additionally, Fitzgerald currently serves as the Lead Training Advisor and Consultant with Under Armour Canada and the Head of Performance for the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
